买大学区的condo，希望大家给个建议

最近agent给我看了一个一室一厅的Condo，是大学区的，靠近大学区的SAFEWAY，价格在20万，比较旧，但是高层，混凝土结构的，大家觉得这个价格合理吗？

4 `# z: h9 {- J! F" y如果这个价钱合理的话，那我们可能5年之后离开爱民顿，现在担心到时候买不出这个价格。

The average price of a condo in December 2008 was $234,286. Ponde expects that the average price will be $222,500 at the end of 2009.

再讲讲价。
6 a, e( D+ G  g- K$ O. m9 @大家都在等着降价，但估计大学区的房子不会降多少，且20万的房子价格波动不会很大，再算上租房子的钱，还可以的。
5年后经济应该复苏有些时间了，好卖。
