I have one girl and one boy myself.

Any one might know how to do this or help? How to do the paper work in China?

收养非常严格,其中有一条必须的是父母双忘.
该子有母在,何必要你养???而且该子年纪16,马上成年. 所以lz放弃收养计划.

而且从你的说法,楼主其实是想接某子来加拿大,企图通过收养的方式来实现.

请楼主转告其母,绝对不可能成功.

Thank you so much, suvescape. As his uncle, not sure if it's possible to adopt -heard there is some relative adoption policy. Anyway I will try to check more before doing that.
