5 j4 A6 @. t$ [  E3 s. a We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

/ h  i* {; `6 e! o# c5 v! {Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
6 u) x, y* v+ W•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
$ Q$ l3 l: P4 {5 x1 I•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
2 H, k4 ~1 E% }8 g  D" i•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
: E+ V8 ~( f  q; V•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
' H5 Q) P5 k6 l+ M0 k6 `$ i7 |- l•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
. Z- `! p. Z* f; Q* h3 A•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
1 l) ]" A' q8 E, V; p1 O( X. u& o•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
