% |8 l5 |$ E' B4 x We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
- G6 N8 ?  [' M) y4 M9 x; X& D9 o$ _•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
5 e6 f+ l" r: ]5 S' D•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
" w0 l9 {% [( p' m0 H- L•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
  z+ G9 G8 x' x# b•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

& C1 Y% n" d+ k3 [* I4 Y( P6 hRequirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
4 w/ E/ |" s  t* @, |•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
  ~2 G+ B5 H' q0 R% J3 G•        Able to travel extensively ;
8 B4 A7 b- B1 B" z2 {3 m•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
2 ^$ Z( N' a% ~; s" n/ c•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
' U9 r8 n. _- V$ N) h$ ~: ?) b•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
$ L9 X0 M* [5 S& Y1 o' \* T•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
