5 C, h6 B1 M) d! K4 b9 [ We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
& @1 a% z/ w7 f•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
: P; r/ S; _, P•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
  o/ s$ Q+ e/ Z5 E  [•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
' W$ a& Q7 J0 B' T•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;

+ x5 \  \! Y& r% A4 V5 }) M•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
& U0 Q0 F7 K( t•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
