本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

: A: s6 {* e& P; x8 V. U% q! Y6 f我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

& a6 V6 k  v+ ^1 p4 i# P! ?; ]因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
. d; i  }5 R5 T. D有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。
