本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

4 `' n3 o7 X/ w* r& A/ j
4 J! C; d2 o6 N9 @6 ]因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

  s4 o$ }1 M/ r1 L2 ?请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？
