本人不是学习电脑的。不过有些酒话，供大家参考：

1。缺省建议使用firefox浏览器（内置Adware屏蔽，使用非Active X技术，中毒几率会减小很多）, 使用防火墙（比如瑞星、天网）关闭IE浏览器，因为IE被可恶的微软公司嵌入系统，所以无法卸载。因为IE使用Active X技术，更容易被黑客攻破。尤其是AdwareSpyware病毒，专门利用IE的Active X攻入你的电脑，记录你的电脑本地信息。有些网站用Firefox打不开，这时IE可以备用，使用结束后，再关闭IE.

2. 如果使用Flashget 下载，没有正式注册用户，那么你的电脑应该有Adware /spyware病毒。建议使用NTFS关闭其中保存Adware文件夹的可写属性。

3. 及时更新你的防火墙。建议使用最高安全级别。定期检查系统进程，不熟悉的进程要多注意，是否为病毒。

4。记住所有的杀毒软件都没有最新病毒的代码，所以，病毒总是出现在前，聊天、MSN下载软件电影要多注意。

5。如果真是中毒，建议重新安装系统，因为这样可能比杀毒还要节约很多时间。而且杀毒也很难保证能杀彻底。

I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. It's nothing about ActiveX technology. There is nothing that is bulletproof.

So just choose based on your own needs.

For whatever reason, Firefox should be safer, I am not saying faster though. But spyware/adware can make your computor very slow. Check you folder:

Documents and Setting\(your user name)\cookie or folder system32 to see what kind of adware\sypware already in your system

or folder for you flashget if you are using

Why you call all stuff under ***\***\cookie spyware/adware?

All of them are just cookies. If you do not like the activeX, in XP, you can just disable it in the IE configuration.

I am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.

前几天用过firefox，没有所说的那么快，
同意五楼的观点，IE，Windows 的用户太多，才发现那么多漏洞、安全隐患。
网络上，安全只是相对的，无论什么操作系统、浏览器、防火墙，仅仅能给我们提供一点点屏障，挡住的仅仅是像我这样的棒槌。

不管什么原因，只要安全就好。。。你说得对，用得多的软件，漏洞多。但是，如果Ｆｉｒｅｆｏｘ相对安全（或者说黑客琢磨得少），何尝不是它的一个长处？

到网上下载免费Spykiller软件，你会找到自己电脑上所有Adware\spyware文件及其位置。使用windows帮助，查找folder attribute,按照步骤改就可以了。

那么我怎么查是否中毒，还有如何杀？我不知道什么是NTFS.谢。
