Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

; J1 w# s) V8 f. T  [(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
8 J0 H5 k9 w. ]" c8 qHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

: d( {3 n) Q5 ?" N2 uDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

+ Y, s  Z! A6 R1 @! h4 @(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

" o) j* J# E4 x- Y" S  y0 `; C) LDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
# a, ^, ^  M6 k2 L7 `* j- }# @Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

8 M8 X2 r2 e5 fDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
