Tent event moves Edmonton's job market into the great outdoors

Edmontonians looking for a job, considering a career change, or struggling to find qualified staff are invited to drop by the Alberta Employment and Immigration Tent Event on Thursday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tents will be set up at the Alberta Service Centre located at 6325 Gateway Boulevard.- v! r! m! l; I& ?, j2 X: W* u

Visitors will be treated to a free barbecue lunch plus an outdoor mini job fair, career services expo, contests and prizes, and a charity dunk tank in support of Habitat for Humanity. e$ P3 P5 L' g$ X5 A

A number of local employers will be recruiting staff onsite, including: Alberta Motor Association, Beretta Protective K-9 Services, International Compass Group, Mark’s Work Warehouse, McKesson Pharmaceutical, and Parkland Class.; V$ _: t, H2 f: J+ s
