(1) Buy a set-tube Epoxy (come with twin-tube to mix) at auto parts store or homedepot' Z& x# g) O, c5 R8 t( l3 S+ Q( s: G& h

(2) To buy a round or square think-glass-disk with diameter or side length of 1 inch. If you can't find it, you can go 99 cents stores or dollartree to buy a large-clear-cloth-button at similar size.
