The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
0 E& K* H- |: q- S& _6 s6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
1 L" \$ ^9 R% N1 E0 k3 o- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
) B0 h  S% L( Z( u1 z- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


8 V5 t; x, {7 |- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
4 Z( _, W# \! N% P- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
% c" J0 x# R! G4 P- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
