# w; S% r7 M8 F! F6 ]The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

1 h0 P  L: |" U8 t' V; ZHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

7 P; Y' }2 _, L. q6 {= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
) d# Q5 g  t8 K; y/ G- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

# W. o! i. N- C: `# D- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
+ _& w- _0 b3 d" F; w- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
