- \2 K. L# i7 e% I  F5 PThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

" c, O7 }$ K+ ^) ?. ^( s  ^Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

- v; E7 Q8 |: O2 Q" ~# R! OPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

( k" ~0 Q9 H" }3 S& v= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
) u; Q/ m! S" U: c( M' {6 a3 X2 |- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
+ ?4 I3 b! T5 \

5 }9 Z  V0 c+ e/ W8 f7 t5 Y- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
5 P, }6 k$ ~: n* K1 r/ n- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
) D6 h$ X7 u9 b3 ^6 P7 X- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
