9 [. F9 u- P5 lWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
  \+ @2 o+ T" ~+ W1 p2 @1 N# {" ?6 EResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
% A0 ?9 `/ }2 E4 }Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
  {4 K" y- o9 v! {Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
! A" F/ g& D) @# G3 H/ |  k% {Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
3 E( F! v% c+ s7 A8 y8 i! Q0 O, e, TDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
( o8 ]' @: q! }' ~5 JMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
1 l9 X) y4 O* RStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
( G( N3 [4 U  h; a" ?' c' OAbility to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
