Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
$ u4 Q7 [! x$ Q* x' s% S1 ?Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program! G+ I& c$ x- D4 J
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer; t4 |* i ^) B& R! \# }
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
1 Q7 C% T$ ^; Q r; L2 {Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
