-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
- X+ ^& J. g/ r( N8 O4 ^; j3 g7 Z-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

2 x, W% r5 m. T3 YIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
Information about community agencies and services.
9 y8 G( G% ?& v6 X1 g" v# T, }Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
/ @% Q2 p1 P$ L2 ?( ]' gContinued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
