- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
7 i) ]$ T7 j2 R7 h: p0 A% H' v; o- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
9 C2 H9 a+ l8 I5 N0 {) N' j, A# U: E& A- reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team

Qualifications:+ L% q. X* {# ^% t0 |* ]! T
- post secondary diploma 6 o) p' p8 _3 B* \1 g/ p6 c' t
- customer service and office clerical experiences$ B* L# s8 `, B, r/ z9 t! ^
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset( J2 e! A9 i3 g, d, E: f% U

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services

- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members" `6 W* N) \% z3 C, C( D

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
3 b6 R, ~8 T/ P9 m- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- hold regular meetings with ISP team

Qualifications; K; |3 g# c- O0 i0 k- Z- ?1 h
- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education # ~1 C1 a9 E) Z* I3 @. A
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
