EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。( W& {7 V/ k# @

This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them." }! T5 x- [. s. `* T
) x) L+ `" p: B- }1 ^& v/ T* PTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
$ e# C6 p- ?$ pof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different/ \3 X) e5 Y+ i4 h
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.$ v1 i2 D7 }* C( B7 ]7 p$ w

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
