place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. l L0 G2 N" R. U; ~: j
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.$ M& a: a7 j% b L+ x2 Y% G' X6 d
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.7 K; Z/ A+ `2 M/ k9 v# H5 m7 K
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
