shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

/ ^6 h) A( s3 F6 X, `1 t5 Fplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. ' ^2 B2 @9 Z8 N5 G2 V 
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on. 
2 z' C% C4 Y; C* S5 P9 H& A$ f+ Bthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.! C3 P; e2 x- D) U, D9 w  t 
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
