- _+ D9 L. d3 i9 j' y- V/ I3 h•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
- ?% q0 Q. c) }% M- X•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
* U1 {' |$ j3 o$ W* x•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ }( c! W  u. c5 l# }/ P•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
  B! m6 S+ K2 B9 \•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
5 B& S3 [3 ]; F7 {•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
7 w) E4 D; ?5 N6 Q( d# Z•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
8 Y1 q- ^: y) [•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
