•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
- P" v* Y0 c- ^- }2 W# p- T•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
& M0 L8 X, |, m$ M! ~, T- M•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

9 l2 l. H- E9 iResponsibilities:
& s% U9 E/ f1 w+ p8 _! l/ R4 }•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
8 r8 ~1 {' U5 E2 l/ W/ w) g% I•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
1 b) |1 _, H5 a6 M) L•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
- A3 R# d6 D* ~# e! d•        Manage personal backlog of projects
' N; I8 D* s" n& H& s/ F•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
