There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
9 i4 k$ t3 u# Rduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - 8 w! y/ P1 b/ w+ P1 R( f6 P+ K
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
/ |2 D l) \, R* p: ~9 \weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of / Y+ x& X9 Q$ g2 U
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
8 ~4 _( }0 w$ d3 H0 K% @7 S- C1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 1 J" r, ~* Q7 g
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 0 a8 d+ w+ o7 q( c$ _8 _+ \
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
# W: ?) Q' }& B9 ~- w. {0 Eprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
# O8 g) f+ G) _% Q- z' V6 S8 ACanadians learn a second language.

The CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders
+ [1 w/ j- P; h* A2 Y. h/ _(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday
+ p8 Z) Z, B0 W5 H4 w Othrough Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These 7 n# T' q* I' C, |; K/ P
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a p( Q- T: F" S: j7 \
variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different t" C1 h/ N3 o3 B4 O- D
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and + B# k$ w9 S0 `
Pre-TOEFL.

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - ) V; r, \ t$ J; X, P
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to ' X6 w1 [- K2 f- B4 F
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your 3 O; q6 k: ~7 G" ?
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
