What's wrong with the interviews

ZT but it is good for us to discuss what went wrong:

BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
8 H- u+ D# k. `. L: K  H) @3 j( Z+ y-Other questions:
7 i8 X& j( I/ y8 p+ y8 ~. U5 g7 j# P2 ^Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

5 L8 h8 t6 [5 B2 T3 q5 AHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

0 [! O8 F6 V  X9 y5 p* H! SHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

1 g  v0 v7 E9 }9 D1 b9 mOne hour later, I got a reject email!

What wemt wrong?
2 H4 n' H9 S7 C1 Z7 LPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.

in my opinion, maybe they just do not need an employee right now. they are kind of kidding people around. your answer is perfect. maybe it is just not their preferrence. do not worry, look foreward`````keeping going

I would not like his answers either if I were the interviewer. I really think this guy should think about why the people asked those questions.

this guy screwed himself big time. I would nicely say "Thank you for coming" and kick him out of the meeting room if I was the hiring manager. None of his responses were appropriate to a professional manner.

It seems that the job seeker is not so cooperative in the interview. He/she should have answered the questions in a more skillful manner.  Unfortunately, the answers might have been annoying to the HR manager.

Think about the interviewee's attitude. If you are the interviewer, what kind of person you think he is?

第一个就不说了，第二个，你说不知道怎么办美国移民，人家会觉得等你知道怎么办了，美国同样公司又比这里多得多，你不就跑了吗？

when you say someting is inappropriate, explain your reason!
