Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
/ L+ o$ ~$ I g) e+ r x# s k) N-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

+ H, X/ w8 c. T- K, i6 {0 cManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).2 e, `- K2 |, w/ ]( z6 S; H& ^
n* l& X( t7 |0 Q% K- }, MFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.' q4 ?, {' M( p
: z, x9 g8 `, ?4 a# sAfter the interview, I did not get any feedback.

& J: e8 Y6 ?8 e6 Z4 U1 ~6 c3 } s( |The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.1 E* F& \$ R `" l

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

/ c3 y4 a# F' THR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.- M$ ~5 }$ |, [. ^9 T
4 }0 T$ _5 D% w9 g. j; `# d( HHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.$ \' Y0 g* \; \* e' W+ d* S9 \
