Biotech Technologist Position Available

Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. , F# c* ]3 c- x; H y+ [% X( ]

Skills and Abilities Required
3 x1 G* g! e. K6 mExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
; n2 u/ V! o! m0 q! v% _: Y; ], M) I5 E
Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. ) _( A% ]( ]1 z6 w% Y5 H3 g1 m0 B0 e

Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.
