ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the
" b3 O. d  M7 QUniversity of Alberta, is focusing on the production and service of
recombinant proteins and stable cell lines. To further develop our
technology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness
to apply for government funding with us.

2 M2 ~" R. X' A( c0 u6 s! OQualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
* n2 o: p/ F$ R0 trelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
  o) L% p. F. tcloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
over-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
; V4 U( D3 s9 i2 q/ R0 o! [is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
. \3 q4 Y+ a+ X( E! N5 Bthe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
, e- @* i1 M7 n/ Gaccurate and complete research records.

This position is conditional to a successful application of external
