烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup sugar * \: Y2 L- Z* z$ C! Y
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
7 } g$ t2 A2 ]• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. ) J3 M9 d. ^1 G& I
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 5 R1 o o/ k. ?3 Q- N( b5 y
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered./ o* t' l8 o/ y- w

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。
