烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

PREPARATION:2 R! y6 |( Z8 q
Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. - N/ ^7 S4 Y) q8 z6 X6 |
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
4 K( t- [1 x+ j. RBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered./ H! E. Z; F' w' L1 U$ v

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。" C$ N$ H6 \/ A" Q, [+ S" g
