烤蛋糕

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)/ G$ x' D( R8 A, D8 ?8 a
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

PREPARATION:
, R; r7 G( }9 Q w( d! S1 MBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 4 w/ X) k7 E( ?
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. ' N+ }( `- k2 u! Y8 F
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.1 q9 Y" @$ H& L3 R" l0 s. ~

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。
