• coordinate and monitor significant programs through liaison/partnership with other community groups( \/ Q2 a4 B5 r( |
• advocate, educate, promote cross-cultural respect & understanding of immigrants, visible minorities & other at risk or multi-risks groups/ W- q$ i% T0 d( U* {0 A3 a
• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.

Qualifications- M6 G! F/ P. r/ O0 V b3 e
- University degree in a related field;
6 v0 e F1 e: T( V- j- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;
' c4 v* i( H3 x- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management; % u. R: M$ m. R" N1 C4 A
- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization 5 o( z# f) V( d) D0 ?. ]

- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits
