JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

7 n# z& O" v6 |1 C2 u: U' o* H& x DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

( }0 f% m! t4 ^" Z$ c- Z( H5 ]1 }1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

0 f- [# a4 Q8 H7 ~2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

+ D* B# Z# |0 y6 R4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 n  A7 B+ X4 k5 {' h1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
/ C" L- F# s$ [" D7 e; C' {. G2 s
1 u5 w# \* x3 J! {3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

. }0 G7 l, i* A- h, _0 l* W. m4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
