JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

8 y0 w! @: U5 P, E: _: \1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

( R; q, G1 S6 [- a6 d2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
9 Q; y- X5 w+ g  e/ K$ C5 Q( m
! X: T; C) u- x  x3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.
+ ^) i: j5 x4 H4 p6 h2 N7 h: o3 x
5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

& }6 g6 N0 a  P6 W9 R; @8 c
, l8 r: I( \/ U5 X5 y4 |. b1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

) x+ Q2 q" f; |) }4 F; j2) Cashier experience.

7 Q& Y& R! I  N$ ]/ S8 h0 e' ]! ?3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
