8 V" C3 q# V6 gJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

8 Z, ~. V- U1 h+ ~* e# V9 |8 V8 q& F5 z1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

( b4 y3 O, D- ]/ g2 m8 F4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

2 e& S2 L3 r5 y. n+ Z$ r! i* M6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ m3 ]3 r/ U. R! A6 l1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

* c. k. T% S7 u2 U9 w, \! j3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
  S: U% w& B1 q/ v/ j3 L
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
