Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

3 i3 r4 T% W% v0 O* T2 IJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

3 t# w' L/ {) o/ h9 g- C+ `2 O+ o1 u DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

, q3 D' @7 v, I2 F7 s1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
& {4 A! ]4 C; Z- ^- g
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

1 O8 [4 ~7 X4 W+ T" ?6 n3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

; x1 ]2 p, V7 O( n  G8 w. _8 P8 c5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



* E$ C8 w* R7 c+ HQUALIFICATIONS:
) r! Y/ A  ]' \4 J
6 O( I0 Q& T8 K& t+ U8 Z% a8 d1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

1 Y: T( X, u* S( ?4 f7 A2) Cashier experience.

$ {: e, @  U) R3 L0 r0 S/ u% g3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
