, |& o! R. \, Y" }% S0 zJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



5 Y' r  A  x0 Z DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

0 _+ |& n; |) T2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

- h8 Z1 [! b$ ?7 [8 X3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
- W3 Z- |# J" D! g1 `& P2 L8 P
4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5 d5 m7 F4 ~) `( T' ]7 e  ^* E9 {9 X
/ h) s+ }: d/ _  N7 h- b  ?1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
+ W4 E6 t2 ]3 {3 C: P
2) Cashier experience.
4 ^: t* c- `3 j+ O) z+ z9 W
/ q8 R0 M. R+ F' \. P3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

, t1 k9 [; P0 ^' f% n0 z/ D- s4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

1 b4 W/ l$ D$ K; |5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
