a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

( x. v4 ^; H/ j: C7 ic) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
. P) r) Z5 I) C! A3 q; penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
% G3 |4 P: B8 }% ]. r( [; iand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 M0 {- q3 w$ n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
% I3 m9 e: h& D1 n; i(e) A good team work player.

fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
