c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
" M! s6 }0 }  Q' I8 I/ _9 q5 ~and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* a- u: Y4 ^2 o3 G5 C3 _Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- d6 g2 v/ L$ x  j$ wintegrated system/circuit design.

& ~$ j3 u+ b' i9 YThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# g4 w- }) a; ^- l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
