Apply to Extend my mom's visitor stay

2 ^% g6 P7 i/ d0 j; e4 X. tMy mom's visitor status in Canada is expiring. We are planning to apply for her extension. I did read the application package but have two questions:

. n7 g3 ?4 A! A5 n7 H2 t: ?1. The reasons for an extension. Can we use the reason: we want her help to take care of our new born baby? There are people say it is a bad reason. Is it true?
