我改了区域设置中的 地点 时间 及语言，都设成中文的了。
* ^! T" F0 U+ G  j' o! w  s$ `
, L! \: w2 N1 w" I9 P中文输入没问题了，就是不能上MSN了 ，QQ可以用。

& w: |. N7 a7 Z目前的现象是：提示语   windows host process(rundll32) has stopped working
0 L1 L% S4 K( o. s4 Z
! m2 X9 v  a, _如果上网的话 ，用火狐还行 。IE7 基本不好用了 。

There are a couple of different fixes for this depending on what you
have installed on your system.

: V1 D2 E( H- F( S* l1 |  Z4 i  Z1. If you have Nero, update to the very latest version.

5 e2 i+ `  O0 p9 H2. Unregistering the Ligos codecs (lmpgspl.ax, etc.). To do this, click
: m5 G( k; G% a: ?on the Start Orb and type "cmd.exe". Then right-click on Cmd and choose
Run As Administrator. You will see the cmd prompt. At the prompt, type:
/ O$ ^/ p" J& ]% x+ j
regsvr32 /u lmpgsl.ax [enter]

You'll get a confirmation box saying the unregistration was successful.
+ B& e% v" R0 d3 ^/ b& G' YDo this for every codec for which you get the error.
+ q* v; w0 x# G7 O, B
( S( }6 z0 U4 Z' R, ?4 W3. If after the unregistering you get an error that the codec can't be
( I7 [9 n+ w1 V9 ]1 s' F0 X  lfound, log into an account with administrative privileges (you should
create at least one extra account like this for emergencies). Go to
Control Panel>Folder Options>View. Set the options to see all hidden
" ~/ J3 P4 m2 Z  D4 |! l9 cfiles. You'll get several *.ini files on the Desktop - ignore them
) ?3 q( m. ^: s% }because you aren't going to use this account for anything but
! x2 v2 Y+ z% O% Pemergencies - or you can go back to Folder Options and hide the
) k' Z! w, J5 t6 D* ?# O  F$ cprotected files when you're done.

Now go to C:\Windows\System32 and find the .dll for which you got the
error. Right-click on it and Rename to (ex.) lmpgsl.ax.bak. Log off and
go back to your regular account and see if you can play the movie file
by double-clicking on it now. You should not get the error any more.

UPDATE就是去微软官网去看看有什么可以升级/补丁, 打满了,也许就解决了

现在好用了

: h+ B+ |* M3 H& N6 q+ P  b0 P5 M现在用电脑自带的系统重新格式化暗转一遍,
* }8 r, }9 p7 `6 q速度明显变快.
- v6 b: ]5 b" I& K  a8 k
: s# j. E! W( G8 W" x( r7 r但是感觉还是要加内存.

格以前做个备份, VISTA的问题,迟早很全部有补丁解决的
