Member Relations Coordinator

4 v6 Z0 }3 ?$ Y6 ~' nDevelop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
% h  X; x" P3 D& e+ T/ f1 z¨
Assist in the recruitment and development of new members
, _  `) n7 J& }% i¨
# _  U' L+ c$ _6 ECommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback
¨
Establishment and maintenance of group memberships
¨
Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff
¨
$ k4 w4 q( h% T+ d- G( N+ GAdministrative and clerical duties related to program delivery
¨
Role model customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications:
- k2 |3 @5 B/ H# |6 k¨
Marketing/Sales experience or interest
( W& q2 r- U) w¨
/ ~  Z% I( N, G# T/ c0 m2 C3 L0 CStrong communication, writing and time management skills

+ _+ J( s/ |7 R! oProficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS
& Q: N9 z, G- N' H¨
Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

First Aid and CPR certification

Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
