Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
- O: m: q5 r6 @# I/ Q$ p7 Yof Course Pack production.2 {0 J3 R" Z! |4 A

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:' r8 U& t8 Q2 a8 r% r
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
9 p. W$ x+ ]6 V* r" yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.7 Y% ]% P9 _. B! k: d" V9 w
9 e" _1 Y F: x2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
- t- U1 W( l& j; e3 ^8 mprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.4 A% P+ o- G1 O" n- ~, Y, r& `% D
% C3 u2 q2 ] E% ~: q3 m- H5 a* v
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of . W0 m/ k# t: y3 ]/ L& I% Y
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and f+ i8 Q- T: N# A, C
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.5 y O! F4 |3 L2 Y7 h+ V }# t
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication - l. R e* C3 c& S7 m+ t
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
