JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ) Q/ ^; _. y+ y) N# I) e
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 2 f. R# @- m' v- T# ^9 p- ]( X
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ( f5 O$ i, v; R* ]6 T5 B* t
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ G: u( u, `! S9 E- N* `1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning & P1 c/ Z" U+ t" R+ n! v
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
3 `6 W; v2 B K& a/ t( w0 _' X( v b1 a7 k
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ) r5 w4 O; K& ~/ g* Q& A
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.8 Z3 V" A; ]: Z& a
* t- y: m% N( {( H% J3 f( X
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ! q* S% ?% E( m* K. s
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
- e3 V* ]3 c5 x/ v" m+ P3 Wkeeping appropriate and accurate records.5 t3 [/ S, h8 j3 w9 H
/ g O( k" A7 ^9 Q; n4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
# l# d' T2 ^5 Zfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, , c1 H1 f% E% Q9 J* |4 t
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.* B" X1 z! h, ?. P/ G8 \8 r$ Q
6 q" K* I8 v2 P1 G4 n* y6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

skills.

0 z, W' h. k* D2 Y3 b4 f* h9 N+ [3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
