( B# H# I8 p& [- ~. z+ p+ D$ wSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
. e3 W" N9 G& zof Course Pack production.6 K4 m# |: A8 |% Q+ \3 M* e
7 A1 g$ L# w; D5 r7 M. ~/ y. vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:: N* E, f3 w% K$ [& R7 f* l
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
$ R. i; l/ O% K; D0 ]of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
. A: X* x. B" h" O8 `4 B' b3 X3 u* {+ s5 j5 W1 J) G
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
2 f+ ^4 |6 X, w9 zprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
+ s" a& s+ n, f6 l* ?9 G: H% u
8 J6 W+ o P+ o7 @5 y1 ? D& N- \3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of $ ? S9 |% ], ^9 `+ d
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
! y" _8 ~- T# h3 L0 s) skeeping appropriate and accurate records.

: ]1 F% g% ^& `4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 2 q% \0 x+ X0 w
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.' u: Q( K: [7 _, H

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
