1 z( g2 f7 E* @; GSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " e2 y$ j* _ ]8 w& C% M' P
of Course Pack production.; I, O: s6 W( N4 g
* h6 d" K% z4 s9 O3 ?( rDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" ~- c& B# o. I- J
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 6 E, D$ B" ^% v9 e5 Y
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
! n5 y3 ?* a5 `2 C- }; l
2 o9 g& a2 K0 K- i0 f% `2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including / ]+ o( D# F, k+ X- Y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
& W) c0 ]: u2 y5 a" ~' H4 f& T# g( X- j
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ; K; T3 c, r Y* V2 k; r$ q/ ^
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
% I! l J% T# _# tkeeping appropriate and accurate records.( s6 F H4 `! y1 l6 s9 \$ A
4 `( B1 [5 W9 K3 l4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ; G5 V5 H9 C) u) c( W6 Y
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
* b+ r6 a+ i' _. F3 Z1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
, P7 h8 d* [5 h/ u7 H2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
$ Y- Y& U& U+ d7 X+ Eskills.1 u8 g7 D9 E4 I) k" p

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.5 [$ ~+ R" b3 t' h3 o7 r# b

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
