Job Summary:
& n5 i {- |/ X0 v, Y0 b6 n* `. mThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
8 e" K$ \8 `9 b$ ~8 x5 QInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials0 I" m. N8 U. {
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material& _" a/ D3 ~" ?3 v* [
Must be able to work safely at all times5 K- H5 C4 A0 x8 ?: K6 ~% \
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently3 t2 U" p$ I2 E u# G8 m
Performs routine housekeeping.

High school diploma (Or GED)" r" ]; k' E" ]9 _2 M
Well-articulated and assertive! ?/ H. j( m# O0 Q* `" v
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization0 E# }0 T# w$ F+ m* W
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
