4 V( K8 H. [ ^/ h6 o发好以后,把面团取出来,把里面的空气揉掉,面团又变成小小的一团了,然后分成小分,揉成你要的形状,可以往里加豆沙馅,或者cheese,揉成型后的面团,放在烤盘上,放入温暖的地方继续发酵到2倍大(我是在烤箱里加一碗热水,然后烤箱调到120f的样子,把面团放在里面继续发酵,发酵好了以后,别忘了吧热水拿出来呀)2 ^1 e, j! L' Y C

3 B. v7 E; M) r3 f2 T3 F0 i不需要发面,那最简单了,机器揉完面,会停下来的呀,那时候你看面团光滑了,就可以停止机器,把面团取出来。我的机器貌似大约15还是20分钟就不揉了,你可以等程序启动15分后去看看,机器还转不转,不转了,就是揉完了,在机器旁等几分钟,如果都不动,就是不揉了。5 }3 [) f3 j4 l P4 I" S R
