JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
( K# R) o8 s. S( k) n" L/ N( B8 PSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
* H; x# N P/ ^* Y0 HSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ( S" |8 K2 k) A1 I' V5 D7 P/ S
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 c) r: V8 B9 B. z8 ?% M1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
; }* ^; C) n4 ]of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
7 }: j+ s* Q* N/ A4 Z7 {& q7 H j) o1 O
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 o, z. w+ M& W* f5 V
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
+ K7 M- I/ K0 n1 |" G5 ~2 ~' K% G4 Q, }
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' r, G* D+ Y' a& L) ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
/ _, m# l5 H3 E1 Nkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment : F; B3 @1 @# `0 z, `$ U7 ^
failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.! g/ X1 V! u& |* ^4 n ^, w
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
