. k2 Z$ y6 i0 |3 xSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects * ^2 e- O: s0 n3 ?' }4 E2 W5 ~
of Course Pack production.- S4 F) W% h! }) A9 ]" C% q8 Z6 w0 }
! W; w" k9 X2 F6 [' B4 {: ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 u% T* ]+ W3 q% v1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
8 H* P0 M7 P+ Q6 {$ A0 j% R% qof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
1 o. e; a( [; _- |" y$ }- Y" Q% Zprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. k# x0 Y# f1 N* S$ R+ v
; V2 f. c) N0 d* a& G4 F( ]2 h3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
5 x" l7 \/ U7 |' Lcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
, f) }8 m- u9 n! N: ikeeping appropriate and accurate records.

- Z. d& H# G5 ^5 v9 R- o4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:% `- x' \: s1 k
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.; H d# e/ G* ?
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
* e9 B$ ^' D0 O- F/ L1 iskills.

4 d3 H( c+ F+ j* c3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

( X$ @# q) M3 D* d4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
