JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- - S7 f7 v/ C. ~+ f, b g* Z, N
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 6 A6 L: o+ n" \2 i! U
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ' e( N- l7 ?0 h9 F! P6 j+ `/ K0 N
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- G" e0 `: e1 s4 b/ c+ f. k
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
% `# w% F! D3 O9 r1 P8 T" r0 bof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
, ^. A: v& Z1 J+ _. B7 O3 S! N
% P; j% j. d! v$ Z2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including : J, |1 k2 L" @4 p7 y4 r, I( l! z
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3 B9 k. y, Z$ d3 V N ]3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
4 s# ~7 V$ Y* Ecourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and

+ y$ w8 [" ^4 {4 Q9 o* t
4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ' k" O6 N) M/ v& [ U
failures to the Operations Manager., J5 |( H. i& G( E) b

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, $ I; \ A& I- \
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
4 d% j) I j3 g- ^ ^1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.% g! |+ n0 {" N8 [. Z% D
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

; i% {& \+ G6 L3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.2 a9 A3 L, G) D0 z3 J( b

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
