Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

, `% i; Q' S0 L+ ]; ?/ GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
R5 ^9 R- a6 [- o$ w$ t6 v/ k1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
3 g" q& m* t9 L0 H. E. X' v$ q+ vof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.; `) p6 D1 p) C4 c' n

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
6 e8 t$ q) e+ J Y. h) L2 R( t$ Aprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

% d. j& D' `3 X, u! v3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 5 @9 z/ I6 e3 C Q& |3 \) r- \9 g) }' E
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ; A3 h& f. D4 m' Z

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication * h5 m/ _! G' U I L6 `

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
