JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 8 z* S8 T1 B' U1 m; X, A" {
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
7 {1 T+ n( y+ c( n* qSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: b( `. P% M+ f9 Y& S/ }: Y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
L) i* O, b2 A! F* [) mof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
2 O3 Q( ~; P' X3 k P `0 y4 k; M2 @9 t$ k
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + K4 a, Y1 D& x
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
) a' Y* m, C! g! V/ e
8 g) O# q* w3 r; D* v3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' e) `( M6 w- C; x
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
, p2 ]1 T8 @! b* Nkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

& d9 b' ]5 @" m' J3 _2 f4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

skills.
