2 V& Q; h5 C/ W+ j% ~# Z/ P# d& U# F+ _DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 r1 A# Z) b$ s; @ O1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
2 O" ]7 s5 w* O% ?of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.! v/ D7 ?- T, k+ `3 t& N+ n
q" E: P% Y3 T' ^, X# L2 D/ k
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including # Y2 G% X+ [& ]& R* E
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.- T/ I/ D1 h2 F0 m1 A$ ?; t( s
4 F/ w- o) x1 Y
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
( s. `8 O+ _+ r2 t" ~course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 4 t. Y' ^/ \3 F- D
keeping appropriate and accurate records.7 }$ ]9 j/ m5 U$ x- I& s2 c* \" v9 x$ @
; z' N k! Y" f$ s& {! l4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 3 A! {2 T1 j& u' `
failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
) Y/ J9 l- I1 ?1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.5 v, h: I: R; E- G) H- x# V

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.5 u! [1 s0 u# r j
3 B8 X( w$ G% g$ X# Q& P# z4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.3 E4 d0 K/ C3 \- M' H% n$ K
