8 X  _" e1 W' R6 J+ F8 B( a( ?As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
# v' K: z1 }+ |! `assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
3 K! Q+ Y! q& [. vgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
0 g2 F6 y+ {* c3 D" \process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
+ r. n& n" `3 E8 I7 u, `$ E1 Aassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
5 D# X, P/ m3 n6 [% B( a' ~1 esupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
