no, just surprised to see its listing price because it's in the same area where I live right now and I know it's usually more than 500K for that kind of house.

One of my friends bought a 3 years new 2300 sq ft house in Calgary west and paid $530K. So $470K for a 1800 sq ft house is not cheap.

2 u; H0 q* p. q" S1 Oyou may be able to get 2000sqft+ house in north east for $530K too, maybe.
