Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and- u! B; q* A8 k
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
& z* x7 \: N! p, G2 jprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
1 R; t* |# `% d! C. wChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the% _2 E# M' X( y" Q
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
5 P) ?+ |2 h' b( U2 D6 N; y p, _Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
& Q, y# z& }* `' S- pvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the; a/ m& b' O8 v3 {, g) M% \0 m
recyclables.
6 n; E2 Q# p" ]4 AFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
) o6 b4 Q# m, N3 G* Rpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
+ @7 q, u4 \4 d2 L% W. C, LHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing! _5 ?3 j- C) ?$ E5 a- h1 a
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the& z0 h' @# Q6 g$ j* \! l- a
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
5 I3 z, g" x5 T6 G0 [programs to visitors to the festival.! P' V, K! n( a6 P* h6 }. t
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
6 b7 W3 e; t; K6 meveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.% S. x' h% a9 r
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
5 ?( l, @# f% sevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the/ H& ~ x% c' P7 c5 d2 @
festival.
- }& W' T( B1 NSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is3 B+ j6 u9 ]- w! Y5 G: k
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
! t# |1 ?& c+ H2 I1 V" [+ B. Aare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
1 t: S6 X- P) }, o7 H! {, v- ^Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training! _/ `) }. \' h( J7 ~# h7 X
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
; L* q8 t- z6 M& LTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
4 K0 u& \% w. v# |required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
* v! G! F+ b' E% Uairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
. Q5 R: u) c0 a6 d$ X( j/ b1 F8 [) ystaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
