ECBEA was approached by the Asian Chinese Opera Association to announce

tickets for each school; please select 2 students from your school to
award
the tickets by the end of June and respond to this email.  Extra

! Y$ B: I9 x# l4 g: c, btheatre, U of Alberta, Jul. 21, Sat. at 1-4 pm.  The casts are led by 2
# ]- b1 U1 g" {4 G. _* P
3 U5 e5 C  x' ?. K$ m5 Minstructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
the
Cantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding

6 H3 U& q' v3 ?1 A' t; yin Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
Development
2 @7 T% l$ u1 R9 rCouncil.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The
2 V3 ^6 b! X+ W3 Z7 z" g' {* s
performance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a
few
songs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
( L. r, B% N7 m& m7 hsold-out
crowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
Hong Kong
