) {" [# S; l' A* q/ ^3 EOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

. ]! {$ t) M5 eDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
& C# L) ]  f& c. F: G
2 f) v2 @3 g4 j8 p- H2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

* k0 I8 N7 s8 w; _% [9 g3 A" c% g2 e3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
- y4 g- c4 A  K  F1 [% M, uCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

; ], r; w2 g! `! E; d" t) h4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

2 R( _  @% R) l5 V5 l* V5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
4 L3 I. U# u# L" @6 H: ashifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
