  g4 C& x* \' F) kJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
/ ?' U$ V7 G1 d2 aassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

; c. S# b/ a0 p, u- z/ h5 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 w+ I' o2 T! j( c% Y( ^5 c1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

' b7 e. }$ C! A7 I- K2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3 p* X' a9 H7 k- y# T1 C6 l' ?3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
" R* t( u/ u) c7 a9 vper Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

3 ]3 W; N( {. S/ I+ E5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
+ `; [% n0 ]; y) ofood handling and storage techniques.
' k) `7 Y& S& L% ?
1 ^& f- I6 \3 l2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

1 {& Y2 f/ t. A, B; @9 c3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

0 w- V1 b1 o' X8 S- ^5 ?% n5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

1 F/ E2 n, `. r7 H6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
