# P. x1 \! L& G% B. ?; kJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
  o2 q5 y4 n) z0 ~. K* Gassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

3 g# H) [; H+ l+ V% i+ Z- uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
& Q1 S; l$ {0 ]1 F) R, M/ iarea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
5 [; H+ z4 B. x; Y7 r# A; p+ @; H/ Rclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

, y1 I: h$ y, `; W3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.
% H9 q, \8 @& T  ^
4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
3 y- f+ v0 x8 bwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

* U$ T9 \0 L6 }' Q4 j6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
2 p  n. _! l& |9 q: UOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1 {! x2 N% u( ^, v1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

( H# Q1 N9 K; p8 E2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4 K2 g4 l6 Y0 e9 x( v: ?1 e2 z5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
