• Proven ability to support client individual PC’s from both a hardware and software perspective.* B, U: Y% b) {6 {0 m
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize user support resources.

• Two or more years of experience supporting computer systems with a focus on Microsoft networking and office technologies.
