- T, @8 {  D6 d" ]: C% ^, ]! G0 JJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
! w2 e/ Z8 M- H  b(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

6 Q" h  B) F* R4 j8 ~; iDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 G  T  Y3 k: n# w1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
! c6 R! ]; I* J' ?) C5 O4 S8 Nand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
1 b) y' K# k/ H0 t  k" h$ z& W2 u+ m
( W+ }) q' R, S/ A; Z* C' U% A3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

7 I9 \! c, r# m; i$ d" U4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
- N  R# m8 }: y1 T! |) T3 u- wconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
  @5 p2 d, w1 _/ m6 K* P: g1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
& X) A8 \: _' w9 D( [7 x" v# @
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
! o; p2 u( _/ [+ n, W, pof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
) Y9 D* L4 K. {" a
) p! x7 c2 l) I+ Z: f3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
3 A$ R3 H% V% j+ q- |9 S
7 r6 j8 d2 R1 N  v2 U8 v$ m4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
