2 l" O) d; y7 z. z9 M& D& cJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
  Z2 B& V8 w6 K/ v(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
2 D5 k6 v2 ?  x2 z( j# A# W) Jpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
3 i6 \7 O/ Y/ ~9 w  l4 Qand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
, A. P9 D/ D5 g' m: K
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

, Q! X" ?  d/ j) c- l$ y9 y" i4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

% T; I' E- z  B' a5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

4 q6 ?  W) [6 Y( w0 x4 f! ^6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
* v: p& e9 _( L: Vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
* S' E) c5 G% L" p9 b/ Tcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

: m0 E* y- F6 R! d! n( X4 c+ a3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
