7 ]8 O- k! ?9 o. {2 Q•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
- u3 g6 u1 R) k% _# M! `•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

& C7 d# a2 B! ]
•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) m& v+ p4 H4 b. L1 V' W- h•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
