- n; `6 u% t# S: A1 y* X• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.

• Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.

• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.7 k2 X9 K! b; J7 X% g4 ~

• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.0 C* o; T' `) S; A

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.1 P6 J! U( v% L
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.8 t, n4 X! t: r! _
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
