POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
' l$ i6 W# Q8 @1 Y9 j+ J•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 G, v- U! q) U9 e•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
' m$ Y/ E$ i& D% E, S•        Lead by example in company service standards.
  t0 O& s+ O' P9 E4 y  v•        Manage store physical inventory.
) ^2 d) {+ J6 k* Z•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

: O8 }$ T9 Z% `& K  T•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
; j* Y+ S. x# A$ |/ w  W•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
# `$ \5 Z0 Q5 x* o•        Excellent customer service skills.
& @7 T* @( C& M0 e•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
" q; r, O3 l. k' R/ `•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
