POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
8 D: g9 H2 }! {•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ R& Y' N. l7 G6 P) Q3 h•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
' y( I. f  Y2 c$ g•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
  ?) G7 r8 n. [  o0 y) |' }•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
* @; z* D8 U+ K5 t•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
$ ~3 g0 R, s9 h7 u" ^, j4 b$ ^•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
