POSITION SUMMARY:

' @6 }) o* S; Q5 F/ F• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:/ m& Z- h9 M9 J# i- w& J) b
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.) D" L* l8 w& M% I
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.$ ?$ b0 u# x9 R7 W9 r
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
! }' w6 ~4 S8 N; o* C• Control store-operating expenses.8 N- s; M* I9 X
• Lead by example in company service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:4 v3 [, c4 C# |) ^6 r& H
6 J, L; y6 a( D n+ M• University or College diploma in Business an asset.6 T) z0 n" b: s* `7 M3 P8 Z
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.: {$ u g1 ~# Q2 @4 C* @
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.( ^$ M$ |- z! }0 t
• Excellent customer service skills.
