$ Y$ y7 y7 ~; f6 w•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
; V/ j  e( l, @4 R5 ]Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: r1 i4 e7 |  h5 `•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
# x* g! G' f, l6 J3 L•        Lead by example in company service standards.
1 a0 p! u$ ]4 r! `0 s! N•        Manage store physical inventory.
% e/ \7 t. U6 a4 Y! {3 b•        Maintain employee files and records.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
% N! b$ c9 s1 W•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
% g* q0 O, Z$ _0 L. E3 D2 f1 _•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
