! `. a" i7 ~! e7 p' F3 a7 w7 o1 A•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
: Q& {+ D8 e8 V8 O8 Z•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 m3 ~/ ~( G7 s% Z3 l•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
% ]5 n/ T. O; N; k. `1 B8 i8 U0 X•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
6 H2 V1 W- w" ^# `0 F•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 P( S7 u- e9 h- K9 A( D0 l•        Excellent customer service skills.
1 |( W: v5 a7 |) w0 V$ L•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
