POSITION SUMMARY:

' @6 }) o* S; Q5 F/ F•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
! }' w6 ~4 S8 N; o* C•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
, O. v2 _# F$ u0 I6 [( h( f* I•        Manage store physical inventory.
. C& O- h: o! ?& D7 e0 G•        Maintain employee files and records.
* Y9 ~3 g' g8 [/ n2 p1 Q& k9 A•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

6 J, L; y6 a( D  n+ M•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
: {5 X% s2 N0 M* u•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
0 C2 u! u( Y, A7 v: h4 t& b•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
( b6 C! ^6 K- ]•        Strong Leadership skills.
