) U- v- y5 y# ]- k6 L• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:) ^- Q4 z8 i0 K* J) z, Y
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.) V$ t2 g2 V) t. y% L
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.+ I3 M5 e% e! M) M0 [) p @. `1 F
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

$ o p2 M- `( G7 B+ x• University or College diploma in Business an asset./ b. k1 o8 A/ G8 K
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ x+ W* g0 @+ X! I) ~0 B+ |• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
5 @2 g9 a+ ]' J8 _1 I• Excellent customer service skills.+ B9 z& F5 e5 h5 Y/ ]
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.+ T- M0 z" _ |' L
