POSITION SUMMARY:

4 l, X6 w* k' w0 C/ \•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
" v0 K. u- v) j7 p+ hDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
# r5 Y3 W9 {/ Q; ^8 c5 j( Z1 B•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
/ J$ B' t5 z. z' V•        Control store-operating expenses.
: G+ J. B5 B, D1 {7 N•        Lead by example in company service standards.
9 V9 z. }$ u, e! I  A1 |! ~•        Manage store physical inventory.
# u5 L6 e$ \! B6 C* Y& w•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

! A. v7 q$ l  y, e, I6 {+ tREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
: ^1 p8 q8 P- l; C! E' M7 `•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  s) H- Q+ e# [. I7 ^8 h: ?- |, \•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
