0 U7 r# T3 @0 M% M3 ~% Q" N•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
9 r( W) n- p1 {, Y4 ADriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- q6 v( g+ ~( h( `2 P' R' O•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 P. D) r2 T( m•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
1 W8 W! l% T& r/ \0 X. {( t•        Manage store physical inventory.
: d: L3 {4 p# b- }, \# ]•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
8 A5 I; h1 r& X. D& P+ z  e0 T
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
" ~  R  \  P' I3 l2 x•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
! g5 B. J' ?+ ~; ^* J" y•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
& Z) H! f: @* F8 X1 r1 a•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
