•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
" H& \. \" L+ V9 g% ^0 t9 ]" X•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
/ z* g4 }5 k: [3 F. M" S6 I•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

$ F  w: s2 z+ ~. B•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
1 [* W$ F  L0 n. O5 ?" \6 \: \+ |•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
