Why not Mobile home ?

I cannot type Chinese in my computer,sorry for that.

I do have a question: because mobile home is so cheap, still not so many people tend to buy, why? what is the reason behind?

Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need
! Z6 S8 U3 `  {- z$ V& a( Jto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the
rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
