Why not Mobile home ?

; z- n) [& w  M4 l7 O  O* bI do have a question: because mobile home is so cheap, still not so many people tend to buy, why? what is the reason behind?

I am a poor guy, mobile home looks very attractive to me, and I am hesitating, can any one give a clue?

Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need
to pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the
  N1 _7 e' m5 n, F' Y9 E0 @3 rrent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
