7 `8 D0 X& W3 {/ bChej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Key Responsibilities
5 z2 h/ O! X+ d/ t0 v8 }7 x# zInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
7 U- p: ~, h' W5 @$ L& XIssue notices to tenants
6 _' L- J/ [. n4 RCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
