cleanliness and order in the bar.

beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the . E4 ?& ~' b e0 J" \6 y4 G
bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
, ]* _& T' K* \' G5 P( n. m" ^storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol ; v+ S$ Z& K0 W1 y6 E$ g
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
& U# {* I2 f5 Cmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

operation.
