Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the # d* } c; u/ d+ g
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
# E# e( `! V" J+ z5 Icleanliness and order in the bar.

. t% {, h+ n, ~2 N( HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ q+ G' j' e( w% d m1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and ) ^' m; J( h& p9 e k# z
beverage items.1 `; r7 N; E6 T
( W" y0 {# a6 V4 Z6 ?- \; E: d
2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the - c) X6 l6 a7 k6 \1 z1 J' B2 h' g
bar and debit floats.
& A( g* ^$ M) X4 W6 U( g: t# d4 W; I, c+ w, w- ?3 J, Y7 r
3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of % b7 S( V3 _6 g- }( S: {( W9 T
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
4 k/ J& E: r/ aattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in ( Z6 w# G6 Y- ?0 g# R z$ ?: v
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol ~( T+ x) \0 S0 S
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

[, q0 a. Y8 x7 r" U* c6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
/ G! ]3 p4 D8 N. P- Smonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a : _ [' X5 t. D: {# z: @
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in 5 E! e0 t0 o4 Y# y! J
accordance with Students' Union policies.

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume ' k3 Z$ P# m$ R: v/ s, t
operation.1 G- B( ~& c4 U3 h7 W$ S" `
& y5 K, h( w- i: Q; S; O3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
! U- b$ J4 M/ t9 @# laccordance with Students' Union policy.6 G9 u% x3 v. D, g8 d8 K$ v9 M

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
