JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; D6 n8 u: |: p
1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage 7 Q, O3 W' F- M4 `( P! }
orders.$ N+ ^9 d" d7 U" e. C7 P- d

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 2 R5 Z3 n5 U) n
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in " E+ @6 A7 P; P+ Y
accordance with Students' Union policies.

1 N- j: q5 H6 k7 ?1 c3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
- E7 e( p6 t/ J, k, r6 Ntotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.) U/ H0 n; M# R' Y' s
& I, u3 P A$ r( Z2 y3 y) x4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
/ `) S# J/ y( ^1 b- |+ v1 rincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
5 N+ N7 f8 C/ x1 }- Q6 P7 zand ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate * f1 t+ |, G6 D
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

QUALIFICATIONS;
( y" J" W! f9 j1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

+ W' |4 ^5 J* W, u2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
9 E! V. X0 ~2 T B" e* F6 J9 Noperation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
