Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the

) z9 [; ]! }/ ~3 Lincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
) x$ N5 ~# g6 k; [: N$ vAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.7 F1 Z }8 _- s6 o4 k7 O* ]
& J) c3 g0 s* O! ]2 n, _7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
" X" |) o0 u) A1 eoperation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
+ L; _3 k& p; I! r& Xpolicy.
