We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

1. Able to communicate fluently in English

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails) U* h; s- V# H! d
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience

Job Duties:
* I7 A+ G) O$ v% D5 B) N1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues. & W: x9 u4 b K) ], t3 N
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks0 O7 j$ Y+ u- g3 K, b& u4 s
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties4 W6 T5 O7 |& C. Z8 c
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices$ U$ |0 ^* p% |2 O
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs- G+ ~9 V, T" \% ^
6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning. . s2 N8 q0 S" R4 m) P. P8 a
