We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
# W0 l5 \4 f( V7 l. X$ Y) c3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
% C& ?7 f5 p7 ` z4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails$ S- J r; Y1 C6 |# B" i+ X
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience* m3 O, i, f R- a- W) q
6. Working experience is not required but preferred. 5 T5 z! m. ^& m# q0 t% R M
7 B) @3 W2 X1 f- w2 TJob Duties:
! I4 B4 N0 M; E/ Q# C- z, ]/ c& b4 z1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
* [+ B: K5 a0 \7 S2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks' W ~2 e% \! R9 d. [
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties! ~( K" U1 u5 s [- m: p
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices9 f: @) U4 J& S' L, Q/ j/ l3 t
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
! B% h% N- S5 x' Q6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
