3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions

5. Has class 5 drivers license) S& r, t- o9 Z2 t/ W* }. Z
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:, z J3 p; y# d# m! o A: K
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools3 [( q4 F, I. e/ X5 }. z5 o8 r& @
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
4 D3 _9 H5 ^8 `( F7 u$ H3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4 B# v4 L' u( w2 z! \4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
6 o* j: r6 X+ g3 {5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
: Q+ ?5 l' q" u q5 g k6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
