Requirement:

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
# t4 n8 t! g. R- m9 i$ q4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
2 L+ f- l3 s3 b( v5. Has class 5 drivers license7 k7 C; a! N* ~. Z
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field/ |9 J( m8 D; N- X) Z

$ f" K0 q1 K: N+ w4 U) {! g1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
: ?& L- d- a, J- D2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
' l9 H) |5 j) E4 H2 s3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties4 Q& \( C! I# |: O( U. b( h
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices; _4 W ^8 s; f8 e4 g' w1 d% i
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
