As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. 2 J) p$ y: [8 Y5 ^

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.. M% {8 V4 M0 D* P/ K

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
