Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
& J, q0 i! s! X* w( o7 iMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required." k4 `8 r3 i# V
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
